We try to send out all orders within 1-3 business days, excluding Public Holidays and weekends.
We use Couriers and Australia Post for our deliveries which is tracked and for larger items such as furniture etc we use a courier and we will endeavour to get that price to you as soon as we can on your order. You will receive an email with all your tracking details.
Australian Domestic Shipping
We deliver all around Australia and the cost will be calculated at checkout. Depending on your location, there could be extra charges for rural areas
Once we have shipped the item and it is with the shipping provider, it becomes the responsibility of the receiver. We cannot offer reimbursement for postage should the parcel become delayed, returned to sender or lost.
We currently do not offer insurance on our shipping.
Whilst we will do everything in our power to assist should items become lost or damaged in transit, Bay Living and Homewares is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
Click & Collect
This service is free and you just need to select 'Click and Collect In-store' at checkout. We will notify you once your item has been packed and is ready for pick up.
